Who we are
The controller is Toby Chishick and Pippa Chishick, trading as Tempo Social. The address is Rosebank, 14 Romford Road, Pembury, Tunbridge Wells TN2 4JA. Email [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what you send us.
- The Message Toby chat form: your name, email, message and the page you were on.
- The contact form: your name, email, phone if you add one, the sector you pick, and your message. It is sent with Web3Forms when that form is connected. Until then it opens an email instead.
We do not sell your data.
Why
We use it to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interests, and the steps before a contract.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare, for hosting.
- Web3Forms, for the contact form and the Message Toby chat form.
- Google Workspace, for email.
- Calendly, if you book a call.
- YouTube, if you press play on an embedded video. The player loads only then, from youtube-nocookie.com.
Mailing list
If you sign up to our mailing list, we keep your email address so we can send you Tempo's round-up of recent work, every month or two. We only email you if you've ticked the box to say yes, and that agreement is our reason for holding your address. It's stored securely with our email provider, MailerLite, and we never sell or share it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email [email protected] and we'll remove you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for:
- access, a copy of what we hold
- correction, if something is wrong
- erasure, for us to delete it
- objection, to say you don't want us to keep using it
